Dominique didn’t care that Ivy had one eye. She found it quite endearing. When she saw the cat’s photo online, she knew she had to visit her at the animal shelter the next day.

How the cat got this injury is unknown. The shelter workers said it was not from a good life because Ivy was found on the street with many infections. Despite her rough start in life, Ivy is a sweet and loving cat who loves nothing more than cuddling with her human mom. She’s been through so much, but she’s become more robust and happier than ever.

Ivy is a very active cat, but she also knows how to relax and enjoy a good cuddle session. She purrs happily as Dominique scratches behind her ears – it’s the best part of her day!
