A lot of us turn to doctors since they provide advice and solutions on how to maintain our health. Although we rarely consider them becoming unwell, Dr. Mehmet Oz is moving in that direction.
Though I’m sure he is under a lot of stress due to the circumstances, it’s not necessarily a health issue. The conflict pertains to the inheritance of his deceased father.=
Dr. Oz, together with his mother and sister Seval, are alleging that their sister Nazlim stole millions of dollars from the estate by faking her father’s signature on documents. They allege that she moved the money to the Cayman Islands, India, and other parts of the world. An expert in Turkish handwriting has confirmed that the signature was fake.
Additionally, Nazlim has filed a case in the New York Supreme Court against Dr. Oz. She claimed that over three years, she was entitled to $15,000 a month in rental money from the family.
Dr. Oz is now asking the court to put that litigation on hold while the other lawsuit is being handled.
Family arguments can turn ugly, so it’s bad that Dr. Oz is having to handle this. We’re hoping he can make it through without any problems.
